Avoid This Tour – Extremely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of Time I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I informed the company in advance that I might be 5–7 minutes late, and they directed me to their supposed first stop (“Pastel Yamaguchi”). When I arrived, no one from the tour was there. I waited, tried to contact them, and even had TripAdvisor customer service attempt to call them — no response at all. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially for a paid tour claiming “5-star reviews.” Honestly, it makes me question the authenticity of those reviews — they feel like they were written by friends or family, not real customers. I only have 3 days in Brazil, and this tour ended up being a total waste of both my time and money. Instead of enjoying my trip, I was left frustrated, confused, and completely unsupported. This company is not professional, not reliable, and not worth the risk. ❌ Do not book if you value your time and want a smooth, enjoyable experience in Brazil.

This was my second time joining Giuliano on a walking tour in Sao Paulo. He is an excellent guide. His tours are relaxed and fun, just like strolling around the city with a group of friends. Eating, drinking and taking everything in. Highly recommended if you're looking for a local view of the city.

Just did the Liberdade & Bixiga Street Food Tour with Concrete Jungle Tours, and wow — what an unforgettable experience! Our guide, Giuliano, was fantastic: deeply knowledgeable, incredibly passionate, and fully immersed us in the culture, flavors, and hidden gems of the neighborhood. Each bite—whether savory or sweet—felt like a taste of local history. We discovered spots we never would’ve found on our own, learned about food traditions, and felt so welcomed into the community. If you’re looking for a tour that goes beyond the ordinary, this one delivers! Highly recommend!!
